The architect, ‘Ranger Studio’, created luxuruious villa within the basic construction means and materials locally available. The structures are reinforced concrete, clad with a local Coral stone,blending seamlessly into the Atlantic Ocean.

The most formidable feature in the estate is the 45-meter infinity pool, which brings nature even closer to home with its infinity edges creating optical illusions of blending seamlessly into the AtlanticA private path runs along the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean, letting occupants enjoy exciting cliff-edge experiences.







This villa completely with private cliff-side jacuzzi where occupants can enjoy great ocean views at a location out-of-sight from any point on the property. All eight suites in the villa come with private terraces with panoramic views, complete with modern luxurious like the internet and an Ipod dock as well as conventional villa styles with linen-draped four poster beds. Casa Kimball is well equipped with facilities of leisure, with an outdoor bar and rooftop lounge. A finely outfitted media and entertainment centre is also available in-house and is a cozy alternative to the outdoors.
