Situated on unconventional environment in the middle of nature of Portugal’s National Park, Graça Correia and Roberto Ragazzi created an stunning minimalist box house with sustainable material. The construction team had to cope with a lot of strict rules coming from the park’s authorities. In the end, the shape and location of the residence were adapted to respect all terms and in the pictures below you have the results: a bar-like structure with a unique exterior and modern indoor arrangements. Not a single tree was cut during the construction and the materials used were eco-friendly. It has a kitchen and living room along with two bedrooms and a guest bedroom. The interiors are spacious and sober. The view of the house in the middle of the jungle is pleasing to the eyes. The lone structure in the middle of the stone ruins stands tall within the wilderness. – Roberto Ragazzi
