The Becerril House situated in Tijuana México, designed by Gracia Studio. The project has a loft which was designed later as a separate prefabricated house which handles and manages the same language and interact with the house originally designed. The linear approach of this project and its gap to the west boundary are important part for the design of this house in Tijuana. The main reason is for search to create a private space and open but at the same time you have daylight illumination and which serve as the heart of the house where the relationship and encourages family interaction. In the same way we look for in a prismatic form functionality to give its interior spaces as well as a simplification of the construction processes, the construction system meets the needs of the project which are exposed concrete where containment is required, metallic structure to support the top two levels and walls of galvanized metal frame covered with skins of fiber cement and acrylic. – Photos by Luis García
