The Rua Alabarda House built on a 3,000 square-foot area in Sao Paulo Brazil by Sao Paulo based architect, Affonso Risi. This house built in concrete dominated material with modern concept in use. The ground floor is elevated from the street and hosts the garage, studio and workspace. Central to the ground floor is a reinforced concrete staircase, which shelters a small pool.Upstairs is the kitchen, family room and three bedrooms.The office and the third bedroom open to the upper garden at the end of the ground. There’s a solarium over the living room and kitchen, with a lawn and a wooden deck, reached by the continuation of the stairs.
