This modern single family residence situated on the active slope, on the border between private residential development and botanical garden in Kharkov Ukraine. The layout strategy proposes maximum contact with the park by exploiting the view from all internal spaces. Modern Sentosa House in Singapore by Concrete Architectural Associates

The Sentosa House was situated on a corner lot with two sides facing a water canal in Sentosa Cove Singapore. The architectural intent to celebrate this unique waterfront view was achieved by strategically locating a free-standing oval shaped living room that anchored the project on the site, orientating it towards the water. Sustainable Ecohouse in Hill End Brisbane by Riddel Architecture

This sustainable ecohouse built in 638 sqm site area located in Hill End, inner Brisbane Australia. This house designed by Queensland based architects, Riddel Architecture. This house was built from recycled materials, using 80% of the salvaged material from the 1930s house that originally occupied its narrow riverfront site. A painstaking deconstruction process resulted in just two small skips of non-reusable materials being discarded. All additional materials were locally sourced and have undergone rigorous assessment of their environmental, social and economic sustainability credentials.
