The Villa Nyberg designed as passive house situated by a lake in a fur forest in central Sweden – Borlänge. Designed by Sweden based architects Kjellgren Kaminsky Architecture, this house extremely well-insulated buildings that are largely heated by the energy already present in the building – people and our household equipment generate a lot of energy. This Pavilion designed by Peddie + McKay Architects, as second of two completed proposals for Ballencrieff Estates at Ballencrieff Fishery. The pavilion serves as an ancillary room to the main building, providing a unique space for events such as weddings and conferences. This building site amongst eight hectares of cabernet sauvignon, Shiraz and merlot vines.
