This house created with modern structure, ship-lapped cement-board cladding, broad overhangs, and ample terraces. Ehrlich House designed with minimalist white walls and “heat-sink” concrete floors, the ground level’s open plan also encourages passive airflow, while simultaneously taking advantage of the walled garden. The main program develops in the first floor, over a ground floor that consists of garage, facilities, storage, porch and south garden.
