Modern 45 Faber Park House Design by Ong & Ong Architects

The 45 Faber Park concept was to create a living space open to the outdoors in a clean contemporary aesthetic for a couple with three young children. The building would need to allow fluid movement between each space within and perform as a sustainable mechanism. In order to maximize space, the idea of pushing the mass of the building into the corner of the plot was developed. The OKasian House situated nestled in the heart of Oklahoma city, designed by Fitzsimmons Architects in collaboration with Larry Pickering. This house reinterprets the idea of home and downtown living, and serves as home, architectural office, and design workshop. Sustainable Shoal Bay Beach House in New Zealand by Parsonson Architects

Wellington based Parsonson Architects created awesome and sustainability beach house in Shoal Bay Beach New Zealand. This project consist of 220 sq.m area including 36 sq.m garage, designed to be part of the rural setting. t is raised off the ground and sits beside the original woolshed, which has served the bay since the early 1900’s. Modern House Near Lake Wakatipu New Zealand by Fearon Hay Architects

This house situated high above the ground and facing shores of Lake Wakatipu in New Zealand, design by by Fearon Hay Architects. Inspired by landscape views around, floor-to-ceiling insulated windows in steel frames and roof terrace are things that enhance the ability to see picture-like mountains.
